Initial Consultations and Site Visit:

 

• Discussion of project design &ideas.

• Initial evaluation of existing structure.

• Discussion about cost and time frame for completion of drawings.

 

Schematic Design Phase:

 

• Creation of 2D drawings with initial design information

• Presentation and review of schematic drawings with customer.

 

Design Development Phase:

 

• Revisions to initial schematic drawings as necessary and possible changes to drawings.

• Presentation of new floor plans, elevations, and sections as applicable.

• Initiation of final design approval or more changes if requested by customer.

 

Construction Drawing Phase:

 

• Final discussion regarding design, details and materials used.

• Creation of 2D construction drawings with complete design, details and structure information as required by NYS building code.

• Preparing drawings for planning boards and permits as needed.

• Providing energy calculations for project as required by NYS Building code

• Project supervision ,as per customer  request

• Help with finding reliable contractor.
